MATERIAL
Our collections consist of gold and rose gold vermeil, sterling silver and rhodium over sterling silver.
Sterling Silver: Most of our piece's are dipped in rhodium to prevent the natural tarnishing of silver and to keep its high shine.
18ct Gold Vermeil and Rose Gold Vermeil: It is a overlay of 14ct gold over sterling silver.
Gemstones: We use mostly natural semi-precious and precious gemstones in our collection; therefore, each piece may vary in shape, size, color and inclusions.
ALLERGIES
We use nickel-free 925 Sterling Silver for all our silver jewelry. All platings our also nickel-free. Our jewelry may contain traces of epoxy glue.
REPLATING SERVICE
The overlay of gold and rose gold vermeil pieces may diminish over a very long period of time as a natural part of the wear and tear process. Different skin acidity levels will influence the wear and tear process.
We offer a re-plating service for our pieces at a small fee. Please contact us at hello@sabinawong.com.

STORAGE
When not being worn, we recommend storing your jewelry in mini ziploc bags to keep pieces apart and placed inside your jewelry box in cool, dry places.
WEARING
We recommend removing your jewellery before going in a shower, swimming, hot yoga, applying lotions or fragrance.
Keep away from excessive sunlight, extreme temperatures, humidity, chlorine, detergent and when using bleach which can all cause damage.
Depending on the design, our jewelry may contain epoxy glue to set gemstones. Under normal use, the glue could last up to years. Avoid the above activities which could dissolve the adhesive.
CLEANING
We recommend gently wiping the metal surface with a polishing cloth for gold fill and sterling silver pieces.
For gold and rose gold vermeil pieces, please clean gently with a soft cotton cloth.
As natural gemstones are fragile natural creations of earth, avoid the use of harsh chemicals and clean only with a soft damp cloth.
EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange new unworn, undamaged merchandise with its original packaging within 5 days of receiving your order. Customer is responsible for safe return shipping. Sabina Wong is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Please email us at hello@sabinawong.com for further instructions. Any shipping costs associated with the exchange must be paid by the customer.
